Shipping
Orders are prepared in Granada. Scarves are made to order and normally need 2–3 weeks of production before dispatch. The preparation time for other products is shown on each product page or confirmed before payment.
We plan to offer delivery to an InPost Punto Pack or Locker in Spain for scarves and suitably packed small objects. The collection point, exact shipping charge and delivery estimate will be shown before payment once checkout is enabled. Current guide prices, including VAT, are €5.28 for a parcel up to 1 kg, €6.27 up to 3 kg and €7.03 up to 5 kg. These are carrier rates, not final charges; packaging, actual weight, dimensions and destination can change the total.
Large, framed or fragile works need an individual shipping quote and are not eligible for the standard InPost rate. We will agree the carrier, packaging and full price with you before taking payment. The buyer pays the stated outbound shipping charge.
Returns and withdrawal
For standard catalogue products, including scarves produced after an order, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Making a standard design to order does not by itself remove this right. To notify us, email elbigotesucio@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us. You pay the direct return shipping cost for an ordinary change of mind. Please package the item securely; you are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it. We will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for the order within the legal period. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of their return.
A genuinely personalised item made to your individual specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal when this is clearly stated before purchase. A fixed-design scarf made to order is not treated as personalised. Your legal rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods remain intact; contact us promptly with your order details and photos so that we can arrange a remedy and cover the necessary return costs.
